Standard Architecture Photography Session: $1,725
All Sessions include:
- Single Location photography session (up to 4 hours total, including round trip travel from Cheshire, CT office)
- Online photo gallery of all final images for viewing, sharing, and downloading
- Single User License agreement
- Access to our online store for ordering professional prints

Add-ons:
- Additional user license: $375 each
- Additional session time (exceeding 4 hours): $150 per hour
- Additional site visits: $150 per hour (including travel)
- Additional/Extensive photo editing: $150 per hour
- Panorama photos: starting at $125 each
- Before & After photos: starting at $225 each
Additional Information:
- Your digital photo gallery will include high quality, lightly edited, digital JPG files of the best photos as determined by your photographer.
- Your complete gallery can take up to 2 weeks to complete, but can be expedited if needed for a deadline.
- Each final photo is provided in high resolution (appropriate for printing) and lower resolution (appropriate for social media).
- Photos will be as specifically requested by client, or we can attempt to match architectural renderings, or we can simply select the best shots available while on site.
- The location must be in photo-ready condition. We will perform very light adjustments and repositioning of small distractions, but the client is responsible for ensuring that the location is clean and safe, furniture is appropriately arranged, and large boxes and equipment are out of the space being photographed.
- Photos can be interior or exterior, but exterior shots are weather dependent and may require an additional visit for bad weather (including gray skies).
- Exterior photos during twilight showing exterior lighting are very popular and often make for a stunning photo, but typically require a separate site visit.
- Client is responsible for all parking, admission, or other associated fees.
- We offer price sharing between multiple parties (architect, engineer, owner, contractor, etc.). With price sharing, fees can be split among multiple parties, with separate invoicing as required. Each party must also purchase a user license.
- Additional licenses can be purchased after the fact, by any other interested parties.
- Professional Prints are always available for purchase from our online store, easily available from your digital photo gallery.
- All itemized time is rounded up to the nearest full hour.
- Fees shown do not include CT sales tax, which will be shown on formal proposal and final invoice.
- Each client receives a project-specific contract listing all included services prior to start of work.
